I am absolutely thrilled!
Coach, mentor, consultant, companion… there are many terms for this profession.
I am very familiar with beliefs, routines, blockages, doubts, and many other topics through my previous work as a photographer and storyteller. I am now so looking forward to combining my fields of work.
Bringing my clients into their power, their self-love (or at least self-kindness), their self-knowledge, and their powerful authenticity makes me overjoyed. That is what makes me happy to get up in the morning.
And it doesn’t matter whether we combine it with your VOIMA KUVA, your power image shoot, or work together without a camera at all. With fun, joy, and strength.
Without the “rah-rah” hype and hustle culture. Small steps bring about powerful, long-term changes.
Why I am convinced that the coaching profession is so important.
Our world has always been characterized by rapid change, but social alienation and digital overload are becoming increasingly intense. This is where the role of coaches becomes more significant. The challenges of our time require professional support to promote individual growth and interpersonal relationships.
I am committed to strengthening trust in this important professional group.
Five reasons why good coaches are necessary:
- Human alienation: Modern society suffers from increasing alienation, whether through technology, urbanization, or a stressful lifestyle. Even after years, we often don’t even know our neighbors properly. From feelings of powerlessness to an obsession with self-improvement, the entire spectrum of reactions to this condition is evident. Conspiracy theories, frustration, and convoluted thinking in many directions are results of our modern times.
Coaches offer a supportive connection that can help overcome feelings of isolation and loss, paving the way for a fulfilling social existence.
- Lack of quality communication due to social media: The expansion of social media has drastically changed the way we communicate. Instead of talking to each other, looking at each other, and feeling each other’s presence in the same room, we argue with our thumbs via messengers or ghost each other when it no longer suits us. Coaches play a key role in restoring effective and authentic communication in our interactions. I want to promote and advance the ability to create and maintain meaningful connections in a digital world.
- Impact of AI: With the advancement of Artificial Intelligence, we face the challenge of strengthening and promoting our emotional and human intelligence and preserving human qualities. We lack skills that we learn neither in school nor in many families, and this has radical consequences for how we treat each other. We have created a new species, and as always with such significant changes, it will be both a blessing and a curse.
I want to help people assert themselves in a world of increasing automation and dehumanization, and to further develop and learn to love their interpersonal skills.
- COVID-19 Pandemic: The pandemic triggered and uncovered a variety of psychological burdens. An entire generation of people sat in front of screens for years instead of making meaningful human contacts outside, building closeness, or simply letting off steam.
Coaches are crucial companions in the process of overcoming fears, uncertainties, and stress.
I want to support people in developing resilient strategies to protect their mental health and successfully adapt to new challenges. With joy and a zest for life and the world.
- Desire for clarity and the ability to act: In a world full of uncertainty, media circuses, and a lack of time for oneself, people are looking for clarity and meaning in their lives.
I want to help identify personal goals and develop strategies so that you can achieve these goals. They promote self-reflection and the ability to act in order to shape an individual path to a fulfilling existence. Certainly not 365 days a year, but often enough to feel comfortable with oneself.
The cornerstone of pleasant interaction with one another.
Prejudices I had myself:
In society, there are often negative reports about coaches—this is mainly because the term, profession, or even calling is not protected, and anyone can call themselves a “coach.” Whether they simply feel called, are empathetic, or have taken a weekend course.
Unfortunate, but it cannot be changed at the moment.
We at LTC (Life Trust Coaching) have completed a 15-month intensive training program—including the following areas:
– Scientific foundations
– Self-coaching techniques
– Coaching mindset
– Coaching skills
– Shadow work and Inner Child work
– NLP
– Holistic and integral
– Systemic coaching
– Spirituality and science
– Meditation, affirmation, and manifestation
and much more. We studied for several hours every week and trained, practiced, and continued our education as a team.
And upon completion, we can even obtain the EASC certificate (European Association for Supervision and Coaching).
Not just like that, but with a study book, participation in supervision training, and finally a coaching essay that is submitted and evaluated.
Why am I writing this? Because I was very skeptical myself before I did this training and therefore checked carefully whether it met my standards.
It exceeded them by far.
With this training and expertise, I am here for you with all my heart and look forward to helping you (get back) into your own power and ability to act.
Conclusion:
In today’s complex world, coaches are indispensable companions on the path to personal growth and fulfilling relationships. Sound training is essential to ensure the highest quality and trust in this profession. As a coach, I am committed to supporting people on their journey out of deep conviction and my own experience. I believe that it will soon become normal to seek professional help, whether to overcome challenges, pursue goals, or simply to have a trusted sparring partner in times of one’s own powerlessness and uncertainty. And I am glad to live in times where we can deal with these things instead of just being in survival mode.
No Call-to-Action
There is no call-to-action here; rather, it is important to me to make my own motives clear. Those who want to work with me will find their way to me.
If I had known before the training what a journey I would embark on, primarily to myself, how much time it would take, and what energy it would cost but also release, I might have shied away from it.
I’m glad I just did it.
